PPE visibility
Personal Protection Equipment-certified blaze color. This product must be worn on top of all other garments and not covered by anything else, such as a parka, poncho or backpack. Protection is no longer ensured in the absence of natural light. PPE for non-professional use. Wearing these products does not dispense the wearer from complying with current safety codes when hunting (see instructions).

The component's waterproof properties
With waterproofing of 2000 mm, the Sibir 300 parka offers an extremely high level of waterproofing.
We measure a fabric's resistance to a water column, in mm (based on the ISO 811 standard). The higher the water pressure withstood, the more waterproof the fabric. Components scoring 2000 mm can resist the pressure from 2000 mm of water (which is equivalent to a rain shower lasting two hours).
Garment waterproof properties
The parka has passed a shower test under 100 liters of water/sqm/hour for 4 hours. This test reproduces the same conditions as a heavy storm. For further information, visit the solognac.com website.
Component breathability
The fabric breathability has been tested in RET (Resistance to Evaporative Heat Transfer). The lower the fabric's resistance, the more water vapor generated by an active body escapes through the fabric, and the higher the fabric's breathability. Overall RET and measurement is completed on a finished product.
Overall Sibir 300 RET = 12 M2.Pa/W, breathable.
Water-repellent properties of the component
A fabric is water-repellent when water slides off the surface of the fabric, without seeping in. As a result, the fabric does not soak up water and remains light, breathable and warm. A fabric is made water-repellent by treating the outer side of the fabric. We recommend that this treatment, which must be repeated during the life of the garment, be done after each wash. Products made for this purpose are available in our stores. Solognac Sibir parkas have a water-repellent treatment.
Hood
Folds away inside collar. Height-adjustable with elastic drawstring + toggles. Depth can be adjusted using the riptabs positioned at the back of the hood. Shape-memory visor for good face protection
Pockets
2 hand warmer pockets + 2 flap pockets / 1 outer breast pocket that closes with a zipper under a flap.

Tested by the Solognac teams in Cestas (France). Also tested independently in the Dordogne and Vosges, France, and Spain.

Restrictions
do not use bleach or tumble dry.
Storage Instructions
To be stored in a clean, dry place and away from heat sources. Too much exposure to daylight can affect its neon properties: store in a dark place.
Care Instructions
Check that the product is in good condition prior to each use. Irreversibly damaged products (holey or stained) cannot ensure adequate safety. You should replace it. Machine wash at 86°F without fabric softener.
